NANO AR-DRG for Saudi Arabia groups every admitted and daycare episode to AR-DRG Version 9.0 — the version in force in the Kingdom — and checks the coded record against the Saudi Billing System before it reaches NPHIES.

Which interoperability and coding standards does NANO Health support?
- Exchange runs on HL7, FHIR and DICOM, with data normalised against SNOMED CT, LOINC and RxNorm and an API gateway exposing FHIR RESTful APIs. Coding and classification cover ICD-10, ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-AM with ACHI and ACS, CPT and AR-DRG, plus the Saudi Billing System and NPHIES validation for the Kingdom. Research data can be converted to the OMOP common data model.
