This policy explains what personal data we collect through nanohealthsuite.com, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Personal Data Protection Laws (PDPL) of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, and similar laws.
Who we are
NANO Health Technology L.L.C. (“NANO Health Suite”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is at 312, Airport Building, Port Saeed Street, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This policy covers this website only. When our customers use NANO products to process data about their own patients or members, that processing is governed by our agreements with those customers, under which we normally act as their processor.
What we collect
- Enquiries, demo and quote requests: your name, business email, phone number, company, job title, type of organisation, country, and — where the form asks — address, plus your message and the page on our site you came from, so the right team can answer.
- Job applications: the details on the application form, your CV, and your answers to any questions specific to the role.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
- Chat: if you open the chat window, what you type and any details you choose to give.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you request, which our hosting and security providers process to deliver the site and to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- Analytics data: how the site is used — pages viewed, time on page, approximate location and device — collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
Please do not send patient or other health information through our website forms. They are for business enquiries and job applications, and we do not need it to answer you.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not sell personal data.
International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our service providers process data in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by those providers, or on the transfer conditions set by the PDPL that applies to you.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, demo and quote requests, and job applications (including CVs): up to 24 months from submission, then deleted.
- Newsletter sign-ups: up to 24 months from sign-up, or sooner if you ask us to remove you.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.
We may keep data longer where the law requires it or to deal with a dispute.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- be told how your data is used — this policy;
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our use of it, including objecting at any time to direct marketing;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time — for cookies, through “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will respond within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority — in the EU, the authority in the country where you live or work; in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA); in the UAE, the UAE Data Office. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
How we protect it
The whole site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, our forms are protected by a bot check, access to enquiries and applications is limited to the staff who need it, and CVs are not publicly accessible. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold. Children
This website is intended for businesses and job seekers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
