Responsibilities will include:
- Monitor the results of clinical guidelines
- Responsible for data analysis related to all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare timely and accurate reports that include all critical KPIs results, interpretation, and monitoring
- Develop and present training to the related staff on the interpretation of their data and the used statistical tools
- Conduct orientations and training for new hires
- Validate the KPIs data
- Participate in quality rounds with the different departments
- Participate in internal auditing to assure the following of the defined procedures
- Discuss the results of KPIs with the governing body and the related departments in a defined timely manner to monitor the desired corrective actions
- Analyze root causes of performance issues and suggest corrective actions
Job Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in a Human Resource
- Internal Auditing is desired
- ISO 9001:2015 are desired
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of KPI and OKR implementation
- 2+ year experience in the role of KPI Specialist or KPI Ambassador
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
- Experience in quality improvement projects using FOCUS PDCA and LEAN methodologies and continuously monitoring them
- Excellent knowledge of different statistical tools as appropriate such as Run chart, Pareto chart, Histogram & Control chart
- Experience with proactive risk assessment using Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA) as a part of the risk management program
- Knowledge in performance improvement tools such as fishbone diagram & flow mapping to facilitate process improvement
